This project happened because of a pipe bursting in the second floor bathroom causing water damage downstairs to the kitchen ceiling and floor. We repiped the entire home, remodeled the bathroom. Luckily the downstairs floors did not need to be replaced and we were able to save them by sanding and refinishing. Then we repainted the kitchen and finished the project with a pantry remodel.
